Project Background:

Solutions:


• Step-by-step feeding operation procedures are complex, including feeding process, control process, heating process, insulation process, secondary feeding, maintenance process, to-be-reversed process, reaction process, cooling process, drainage process, And there are five types of materials to put, to repeat the above process five times.


• Temperature control of the polymer kettle: With the characteristics of complexity, time lag and nonlinear, the control is very difficult. For this difficulty, adaptive fuzzy PID regulation instead of conventional PID regulation, the adjustment has the advantages of no overshoot, fast response, prevent the "flying temperature" or "rigid" phenomenon.


• High performance, complex and flexible formula design, make the management of more than 1,200 formulations, complex feeding steps, variable operation methods easy, simply on the recipe management platform for simple click selection.


• Some material flow can not be directly used flow meter, need to go through the weighing conversion, and require to meet the strict proportional relationship between materials, the solution is to use double layer filter, quantitative, speed, timing combined with the "cut" control strategy, to solve the material flow calculation problem.

• Reduced staffing: With batch software, this part of the work is done because the recipe and control are separated and the control engineer has written the control code. Formulation development is simple and can be done directly by process engineers without having to configure control system engineers.


• Increased equipment utilization: In traditional systems, the same equipment can only produce a single product, using batch software, can use the same equipment to produce different kinds of products, equipment utilization has been improved.


• Report generation is more efficient and convenient: During the processing process, batch processing software aggregates reaction interface inputs and temperature control records, tracks data in the production process, and generates standard reports, a method that is simpler and easier to configure than previous reports generated using a separate MIS system.
